Madam,

With the summer finally here, there is no better time to get plenty of physical activity.
I am writing to let your readers know that being physically active can help reduce your risk of cancer.

This is why World Cancer Research Fund recommends people aim to be active for at least half an hour a day and, as fitness improves, they build up to an hour of moderate physical activity or half an hour of vigorous activity.

And the good news is you do not have to go to the gym to be considered active. Moderate activity is anything that gets your heart beating a bit faster and can include walking briskly or doing some types of housework such as sweeping and vacuuming.
