Firefighters tackle blaze in South Normanton house
Firefighters have battled a blaze at a house in a Derbyshire village.
Crews from Alfreton and Ashfield were called to Queen Street, South Normanton, at about 1pm on Monday.
The fire started after logs were placed on a wood burner.
Crews extinguished the blaze and ventilated the property.
They left the scene at about 1.30pm.
