Man charged after Brimington Road crash
A man has been charged after a crash in Chesterfield.
Simon Burrell, 37, of Gloucester Road, Chesterfield, is accused of driving without due care and attention and two counts of using a vehicle with insufficient tread following the collision on Brimington Road on Thursday, March 3.
The incident involved two cars and a bus and resulted in a number of injuries.
Mr Burell is due before magistrates in Chesterfield on Friday, May 27.
