Hide AdVibe has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a variation of its premises licence.
According to a notice on the council’s website, ‘the variation applied for is to add the sale and supply of alcohol on and off the premises from midnight to midnight every day’.
A spokesperson for Vibe said: “We would not be looking to open 24/7/365.
“The opening hours would be the same as they previously were and the venue would close at 6am.”
