Firefighters in Derbyshire have rescued a cat that had been stuck between a cavity wall space for more than two weeks.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue reported on Wednesday that crew from Glossop station had managed to extract the cat safely.
Working with officers from the RSPCA, firefighters removed the cat by gaining access through the floorboards.

Hide Ad“That's what we call a Purr-fect rescue,” remarked Derbyshire Fire and Rescue.
The RSPCA added: “Thank you so much for giving us a helping paw, to help rescue this kitty!”
