Police seize alcohol from teenage girls in Chesterfield town centre

Officers from the Chesterfield Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team seized a bottle of spirits and a bottle of wine from the three girls, all aged 16, sat in the market place, near to The Portland pub, on Wednesday.

"The alcohol was poured down the drain and the girls left the town centre," a Derbyshire police spokesperson said.
