Urge to check tyres after moped driver ticketed in Clay Cross
Derbyshire police have warned motorists to check their tyres after ticketing the rider of a moped in Clay Cross.
Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit who stopped the rider said: "Winter is here so it’s time to check your tyres. Unfortunately the rider of this moped didn’t. He also forgot to check his brake light, L plate and whether an instrument cluster held on with cable ties is ok (it isn’t). Prohibition and ticket issued."
