CHRIS Green could afford to relax last weekend as the Notts and Derbys Cyclo-Cross League took a break, knowing that he tops the overall table going into round five.
The Matlock Cycling Club man’s near-maximum 382 points also puts him top of the veteran 40 standings with a quarter of the season gone.

Clubmates Alan Gascoigne and Lee Shunburne are tied in tenth on 296 points.

Meanwhile, Arthur Green leads t
he U12 league with a maximum 160 points.
